We accept Visa and Mastercard for all online purchases. Please note that we do not accept American Express at this time.

For added flexibility, a Buy Now, Pay Later option is available through Tabby for customers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, allowing you to split your payments with ease.

Payments, as well as refunds, are invoiced in UAE Dirhams (AED).

All payments are processed through certified secure servers with advanced encryption. Card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. You will always be asked to enter your CVV code for every order. To protect you as the cardholder, we may contact you by email to verify your details.

We ship internationally and are delighted to deliver A Boushiya pieces to clients around the world. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.

UAE: 1 to 2 business days
GCC: 2 to 4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and order value.

Import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees are calculated and collected at checkout where applicable. Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis to ensure a smoother delivery experience.

In rare instances, due to a system or calculation issue, duties may not be successfully captured at checkout. Should this occur, the applicable duties and processing fees may be collected directly by DHL or local customs authorities at the time of delivery.

US customs duties and processing fees are included at checkout where applicable. DHL may contact the recipient if additional verification or payment is required to complete customs clearance.

Duties are assessed based on the country where the item was manufactured, not the shipping origin.

We have a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note the following:

Shipping charges and customs and duties fees are non-refundable.

As of January 1, 2025, a 4% processing fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover bank charges. This fee is not retained by the business.

Refunds processed through Tabby may be subject to additional charges.

If you wish to avoid the processing fee, we offer store credit as an alternative. Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue, can be used for future purchases, and is non-transferable.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Email us at customercare@alboushiya.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The following items cannot be returned: sale and discounted items, gift cards, custom or personalized products, and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

To request an exchange, contact us via email at customercare@alboushiya.com before shipping the item back. Once we confirm the exchange, return the item to us. We must receive the returned item before sending the replacement. All shipping costs including return and reshipment are the responsibility of the customer.
