The Jeola blouse takes a classic shirt and makes it feel like a statement piece. It's cut from a smooth black fabric with a soft sheen and decorated with crushed velvet appliqués in deep burgundy and wine tones. Small four-petal flowers are scattered across the chest and sides, while two large, stylized blooms with sweeping leaves rise from the hem on either side of the placket.
